About Me
Christian is the son of missionaries and went to a small private Christian school on the west side of Jacksonville. In high school, between sports seasons and on weekends, he began working as a trim carpenter for several national home builders. After graduating high school, he started a small carpentry business with a friend where it became clear that carpentry wasn’t going to lead to what he had hoped.
Christian then enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2005. During his 4 years of service, he deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq. While in Iraq, Christian’s unit was charged with training the local Police force to be able to take over law enforcement from U.S. forces. Christian worked with the Iraqi Police HQ staff to clean up their books and organize a modern payroll system. He also, worked with the Chief of Police to train the local police officers in policing, tactics, First-Aid, and trauma care.
After getting out of the Army he used the G.I. Bill benefit to earn Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Public Law from the University of North Florida. While at UNF he competed in Skeet and Trap on the shooting team.
Christian began his career at Fidelity Investments, getting the required financial licenses and working as a stock and options trader. Eventually, he began teaching the famously difficult licensing material to newly hired employees. While at Fidelity, Christian continued his athletic interest and played as a forward for the Jacksonville Axemen, our perennial National Champion Rugby League team.
Real Estate and Rugby League often occupy the same hours so that dream had to end, but you will still see him cheering on the Axemen at any home game he can attend. Christian uses all of these past experiences helping clients with their Real Estate needs, and raising two girls with Kavie.
