Now, while most homeowners know they should declutter, the staging of a home is much more of a process. It’s no surprise that the more time a home spends on the market, the lower the selling price will be! Also, spending half of the time on the market means less mortgage payments, and less maintenance costs while your home sits waiting for a buyer!
